Purified or Filtered Water

 Purified water can come from any source but is usually taken from municipal water systems.  The water goes through a complex filtering system which is usually comprised of activated carbon filters and various types of particle and resin filters.  Some claim that purified water is cleaner than spring water; however, it's all a matter of personal taste.  I've tasted both and the spring waters taste much better to me... probably because the natural minerals are still in the water and haven't been filtered out by a purifying process, as can happen with purified water. However, some folks swear believe that filtered water is the best.  You have to decide for yourself.
