Water Coolers Types
What types are available?
Freestanding coolers come in floor mounted and table-top varieties. Floor mounted models can be Bottle
coolers, or Bottle-less coolers also called Point Of Use (POU) coolers. POU coolers are plumbed into your
city water and may have a built-in filter.
Both floor mounted and table-top coolers use either a 5 gallon (most common) bottle, and a 3 gallon bottle is
optional; many folks with a table-top water cooler opt for the 3 gallon bottle.
A water cooler of sorts, the water ionizer, is becoming increasingly popular with families across the nation and
